Returns & Refunds

A. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact Amatostore at support@amatostore.com with your order number and complaint describing the product condition within 7 working days of delivery or call customer service to obtain an authorisation for returns. Damaged/defective product must be returned securely packaged and wrapped. Amatostore will not be responsible for the delivery cost of your returned product.

B. After receiving the product, the amatostore will examine and test the defective product in accordance to your complaint. If the defect you described is found valid, we will deliver you a replacement. However, if Amatostore is not able to provide a replacement of the returned product for any reason, Amatostore will refund you by instructing your debit card/ credit card’s bank.
